Jesus teaches "If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love: even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love." John 15:10

Jesus also taught that "The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath." Mark 2:27-28

Jesus also taught this "Think not that I am come to destroy the law....Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 5:17-19

Jesus also said "He that hath my commandments, and keepth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him." John 14:21

We can also find from Scripture that Jesus attended church on the Sabbath day.

"And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read." Luke 4:16

Also notice what John has said concerning those who profess to be Christians; "He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked." 1st John 2:6

Finally please notice that Jesus performed SEVEN great miracles on the Sabbath day. Please see; Matthew 12:9-14, Mark 1:21-26, Mark 1:29-31, Luke 13:10-17, Luke 14:1-6, John 5:1-16 & John 9:1-14. Jesus put His life on the line for the Sabbath! He showed the Pharisees of the day, how the Sabbath should be being kept. Jesus was liberating the people from all the man-made rules, it was under, He was showing the Pharisees, that it was right to do "good on the Sabbath"(Mark 3:4)....Those who profess that Jesus broke the Sabbath are indeed Pharisees themselves....
